Game Recording and Image Rights

CCTV Surveillance

Urban Invaders operates CCTV systems to ensure the safety of people, property and facilities.

Recorded images will be retained for the legally required period and may be provided to law enforcement authorities or courts where legally required.

Game Recordings

During certain activities, Urban Invaders may record video footage of the game session so that it can be viewed or delivered to participants.

These recordings are separate from CCTV surveillance and are intended solely for this purpose.

Recordings will only be retained for the time strictly necessary to deliver them to the customer or complete the relevant management process, after which they will be securely deleted.

Promotional Use on Social Media

Before or after the activity, our staff may ask participants for permission to use photographs or recordings on our social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube (@urban_invaders).

Refusing permission to use your image will not affect your participation in the activity.

Minors

Where minors appear in photographs or recordings intended for promotional purposes, authorisation must be provided by their parent or legal guardian.

Software Intellectual Property

Users must respect any third-party software made available by Urban Invaders Revolution S.L., even where such software is free or publicly available.

Urban Invaders Revolution S.L. owns or holds the necessary licences for the software used to provide its services.

Users do not acquire any ownership rights or licences over such software or its technical information, except those strictly necessary for the use of the contracted services during the term of the agreement.

Urban Invaders Revolution S.L. performs regular backups of hosted content but accepts no responsibility for accidental loss or deletion of data caused by users.

Likewise, the company cannot guarantee the full recovery of deleted data, as such data may have been modified or removed after the most recent backup.

Backup restoration services are not included in standard hosting services unless the loss of data is directly attributable to Urban Invaders Revolution S.L.

Where data loss is caused by the user, recovery may be available subject to a separate fee based on the complexity of the restoration, which will always require the user's prior approval.

Commercial Communications

In accordance with the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI), Urban Invaders Revolution S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other electronic means unless they have been expressly requested or authorised by the recipient.
