Our gaming room in Plaza Castilla is designed for a maximum of 7 players at a time .If there are more than 7 of you, no problem! You can book several consecutive hours, make teams and take turns between the game room and the waiting room.💡 Example: If there are 14 of you, by booking 2 consecutive hours you can all play. You can also take turns within the same hour!

We organize unique and dynamic birthday parties .The children take turns inside the playroom (maximum 7 at a time).The games are short (20s to 1 min), so they can rotate easily.Minimum 2 hours for more than 7 children , and 3 hours for more than 14 .Minimum age: 3 years . If they are 6 or younger , an adult must play with them. From 7 years old, they can wait outside.Waiting area : Comfortable and spacious, with sofas, chairs, and tables. It has a direct view of the game room. Food and drinks : You can bring whatever you like. A refrigerator is available. We only ask that you consume your food and drinks in the waiting area. Important : Balloons are not allowed (they can damage the electronics). Total capacity of the venue : 21 players. Recommended adults to supervise the group : 2 or 3.🎟️ The booking system is flexible: you book by the hour and number of participants. Each additional person: +€10 at the venue.

The minimum age is 3 years old, with game levels adapted to all ages. An adult must always be present to supervise the group. If the children are 6 years old or younger, the adult must be playing inside the room and counts as a player. If they are 7 years old or older, the adult can supervise from the waiting area.

Each game session lasts approximately 55 minutes .We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early so that we can explain the rules and make the most of the playing time.

Comfortable or sporty clothing .Sports shoes with rubber soles (essential).Playing with heels, boots, or other footwear that may damage the floor is not allowed.

Play time starts at the reserved time, so if you arrive late, your play time will be reduced .The rest of the group can start even if someone is missing.

You can cancel the reservation at any time using the " Cancel Reservation " button that you will see in the confirmation email.We will give you a full refund as long as you do so more than 48 hours before the date of the event.

Due to the characteristics of the premises, it is not wheelchair accessible .Pregnant women can play without any problem. There are levels adapted for everyone.We have a waiting room for companions.
