Booking, Pricing and Payment

Bookings can be made through the booking form available on our website: https://urbaninvaders.es.

All prices are displayed in euros (€).

We accept payments by credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard) through the Redsys Virtual POS payment gateway.

In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made through our website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) or any other applicable indirect taxes and/or duties. Under Spanish law, we are required to issue an invoice for purchases exceeding €3,000 (including taxes).

Prices are calculated according to the number of participants and the selected game.

To confirm a booking, payment of 100% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

Once payment has been successfully confirmed, the booking becomes active. If Urban Invaders Revolution S.L. detects any issue with the purchase, it reserves the right to reject the booking and issue a full refund.

Gift Vouchers

A Gift Voucher consists of the purchase of a unique digital code that can be redeemed through the booking form on our website: https://urbaninvaders.es.

The code represents a discount value in euros (€) when making a booking and is valid for the period assigned at the time of purchase.

Gift vouchers may be refunded within 15 days of purchase, provided that the code has not been redeemed. To request a refund, you must contact us through any of the contact methods available on our website and receive confirmation from us.

Conditions of Use

The minimum age to participate is 3 years old.

An adult must always remain on the premises to supervise any group of minors.

If children are 6 years old or younger, the supervising adult must participate inside the game room and counts as a player.

If children are 7 years old or older, the supervising adult may remain in the waiting area while monitoring the group.

We recommend wearing comfortable or sports clothing to reduce the risk of injury.

Sports shoes with rubber soles are mandatory. Footwear that could damage the game area (such as high heels or boots) is not permitted.

We recommend that individuals with physical conditions that may not be suitable for this type of activity do not participate, as the games involve physical movement.

Game sessions begin at the time stated in the booking and are scheduled in 1-hour time slots. The final minutes of each session are reserved for leaving the game room.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking at any time by clicking the "Cancel Booking" button included in the booking confirmation email.

The refund process is fully automated and a full refund will be issued provided that the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event.

If a demonstrable technical error prevents the refund from being processed automatically, the customer must contact the company so the issue can be resolved.

If a booking paid using a Gift Voucher is cancelled, the amount redeemed will be restored to the same Gift Voucher code, keeping its original expiry date.

If the activity must be terminated due to the participant's failure to comply with the company's general rules and/or admission policies, no refund or compensation will be provided.

Liability

Urban Invaders Revolution S.L. maintains public liability insurance covering injuries or accidents that may occur during gameplay.

In the event of an accident, the company's insurance policy will cover the applicable damages.

In cases of vandalism or intentional damage, the company reserves the right to pursue legal action using security camera footage as evidence.

Privacy and Data Protection

Bookings are processed through a contracted booking platform that securely stores customer information.

We do not share personal information with third parties except where necessary for the booking service.

Atico34 is our contracted data protection consultancy, providing professional advice regarding the secure handling of personal information.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Smoking is strictly prohibited, including the use of electronic cigarettes or any device capable of producing smoke or flames.

The use or consumption of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within the premises.

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately at all times.

In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters or unforeseen closures), customers will receive a full refund of their booking.

These Terms and Conditions have been created to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our customers.
